THE DETAILS YOUR RESIDENTS REMEMBER

Clean breezeways.
Dry residents.

A resident needs to get home while we’re cleaning. We keep large orange umbrellas ready to walk them to their apartment and help keep them dry. That little bit of care makes the work easier to live around—and gives management one less friction point.

FOR YOUR RESIDENTS

A way home, with care.

Umbrella escorts through active breezeway cleaning, with attention to the people using the space.

FOR YOUR MAINTENANCE TEAM

Keep maintenance focused.

Exterior dryer vent cleaning usually removes the need for unit-entry escorts and coordination. Some situations need interior access.

FOR YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Fewer vendors to coordinate.

Building washes, concrete, vents, gutters and more—with package and portfolio pricing through Froggy.

LESS UNIT-ENTRY COORDINATION

Exterior-access
dryer vent cleaning.

Exterior access is our standard approach. Some vent setups or access situations require interior access.

Residents avoid an indoor appointment when vents can be serviced outside. Maintenance staff can stay focused on other work instead of coordinating entry. Available as a standalone service or with other community cleaning.

1. Define the surfaces and service boundaries

List buildings, elevations, breezeways, garage buildings, amenities and hard surfaces. Add windows, gutters, roofs and dryer vents as separate line items. Identify rust, oxidation and other specialty treatments rather than assuming they belong in a routine wash.

2. Coordinate access and approval

Discuss resident notices, pedestrian routes, vehicle access, office hours and any work phases with management. Review the proposed scope and pricing before scheduling. For dryer vents, identify configurations that may need interior access.

3. Set the completion requirements

Tell us which building checklist, photos or completion report your team needs. Agree how inaccessible areas and work outside the approved scope should be communicated. Reporting formats and procurement requirements need confirmation for your project.

Need current insurance documents or a certificate of insurance for vendor onboarding? Include those requirements in your request so availability and documentation can be confirmed before scheduling.

Example scope to discuss

Building exteriors and breezeways, clubhouse exterior, selected concrete walks, gutter debris removal and exterior-access dryer vents. Confirm building counts, elevations, vent access, exclusions and reporting for your actual property. This is a scope example, not a completed-job claim or fixed package.

COMMERCIAL QUESTIONS

Made easier.
From the start.

Check service areas
Do you use high pressure on apartment buildings?

Our main approach for suitable building exteriors, breezeways and amenities is low-pressure soft washing with cleaning solutions. We choose the method for the material and condition; concrete and other surfaces may call for different treatment.

How do you help residents during breezeway cleaning?

We keep large orange umbrellas on standby to escort residents to their apartments and help keep them dry during cleaning. Resident access and the property’s requirements are considered as part of planning the work.

Can dryer vent cleaning be booked on its own?

Yes. It is a standalone service and can also be combined with exterior cleaning. Exterior access is our standard approach; some vent setups or access situations require interior access.

Do you offer package and portfolio pricing?

Yes. Package pricing combines services; portfolio pricing covers multiple properties. Final pricing depends on the properties and work involved.

Can you handle a specific stain or a smaller job?

Yes. Specialty treatments include rust, oxidation, oil, tire marks, graffiti and efflorescence. The material and staining determine the suitable treatment and achievable result.
