This notice explains how Froggy Softwash handles information when you use this website or request property services.

When you request service

We collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, property address, service message and optional company name. We use them to respond, discuss the work, prepare a quote and manage the request. Requesting service does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Our request form stores a pending submission in your browser’s session storage so it can retry the same request if the connection is interrupted. That pending copy is cleared after a saved request is confirmed or when the browser session ends. Avoid including payment details or sensitive personal information in the description.

How requests reach our team

Submitted requests are stored securely by our website hosting provider and made available to authorized staff. Our team receives internal email alerts when email delivery is available. Our hosting, database and communications providers process information to operate these services.

Website measurement and call tracking

The public website uses our existing Google tags and CallRail service to help measure visits, inquiries and calls. These services may use cookies or similar browser identifiers and process technical information such as your IP address, browser, page visits and referring campaign. Campaign information may also be kept in session storage and attached to your request.

Our website’s lead event is recorded after the request system confirms storage. We do not include your name, email, phone, address or message in that event. A click on a phone link is measured separately from a submitted request. Private review previews do not load these marketing tags.

Address suggestions

When you type a property address, the entered text is sent to Google Maps to suggest matching addresses. You can also type the full address manually. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.

External websites

Google, Facebook and Froggy Lights have their own websites and privacy practices. Following a link opens their service; information you provide there is governed by their notices.

Retention and questions
