Exterior window cleaning removes soil from accessible outside glass. Froggy primarily uses purified water and water-fed poles, with traditional cleaning available where it suits the job.
Pure water and traditional cleaning
Purified water reduces the minerals left behind as rinse water dries. Water-fed poles bring cleaning and rinsing to reachable exterior glass. Traditional cleaning uses hand tools suited to the access and glass. Neither method automatically resolves every deposit.
Access, height, coatings and glass condition determine the plan. Nearby frame contamination or persistent mineral deposits may need separate attention.
What is and is not included
This service focuses on exterior glass. Screens, tracks, interior windows and specialist deposit removal need separate confirmation. A house wash is not the same as a detailed window cleaning.
Tell the crew about known coatings, tint, damaged seals and construction or staining residue. Do not assume a scraper or abrasive is suitable for every pane.
Preparing the outside access
Keep the planned work area accessible and move portable items away from windows. Note any gates, landscaping or elevations that restrict pole access. Confirm preparations for your property before the appointment.
Evaluate the result once glass is dry. Remaining marks may be deposits or glass damage rather than ordinary surface dirt.
